Terms of Service

By booking or using services from S&A Media ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide real estate media services including photography, videography, drone footage, virtual tours, iGuide RMS measurements, virtual staging, and related creative services. Specific deliverables are defined per booking based on the selected package.

2. Booking and confirmation

Bookings submitted through our website are requests until we confirm by email or calendar invite.
Once confirmed, the booking is scheduled at the agreed date and time.
The property must be ready, accessible and clean at the scheduled time.

3. Payment

Package prices are listed on our pricing page and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due on delivery of the final media unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Add-ons and additional rooms beyond the booked square footage may be quoted separately.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot are free.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.
If we cannot perform the shoot due to weather, access issues or property condition, we will reschedule at no charge.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours of the shoot via online link.
Rush delivery may be available on request and is subject to additional fees.
Files are typically hosted online for 90 days; the client is responsible for downloading and archiving them.

6. Usage rights and copyright

The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific property listed.
S&A Media retains copyright and the right to use the work for portfolio, marketing and social media.
Resale, redistribution or use of the media by third parties (other brokerages, stock libraries) requires our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

8. Property and safety

The client is responsible for ensuring the property is safe to enter and free of hazards. We may decline to complete a shoot if conditions are unsafe; any rescheduling fee may apply if the issue was not disclosed in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
